Job summary

The Agent, Front Desk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk area, including guest arrivals, departures, and finances (billing). They will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and personalized attention throughout their stay.

Our One&Only Moonlight Basin hospitality team seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent who can anticipate guest needs, perform check-in/out procedures, manage guest folios, and uphold service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience in a hotel or resort.
• Previous guest services or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS and other hospitality applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Uphold high service standards and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Perform check-in/check-out procedures, including guest registration and room allocations.
• Review daily arrival lists and ensure proper room assignments and guest preferences.
• Maintain guest folios and ensure billing information is accurate and current.
• Follow established credit control, including processing transactions and reports.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
