Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and assist with reservations and hotel information.
• Operate PBX for calls, wake-up requests and guest paging.
• Maintain accurate hotel records and cash handling per policy.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and stay aware of in-house activities.
