Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent at Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, Texas. You will greet guests, perform check-in/check-out, and provide accurate hotel information with a courteous, professional approach.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, operating PBX, and processing payments while maintaining accuracy and guest satisfaction. High school diploma required; no prior experience necessary; fluent English and strong customer

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Process check-out and close guest accounts following established procedures.

• Answer inquiries and accept reservations by phone and in person, communicating rates clearly.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions with professional courtesy.
• Operate PBX to handle calls and schedule wake-up calls for guests.
