Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown Atlanta seeks a Front Office Agent to deliver warm, professional check-in/out experiences and seamless room assignment while promoting hotel services and local attractions. You will respond to guest inquiries, maintain lobby standards, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of guest service in hospitality, familiarity with Opera PMS, and ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Assign rooms meeting guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information per hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
• Handle emergencies professionally, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
• Regular attendance as per standards; flexible to varying schedules.
