Zusammenfassung

Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a warm Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in, and provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. You will accurately handle payments, answer questions, and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, with training provided to support growth in a dynamic Midtown

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary.

• Assign rooms that meet guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information in accordance with hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
