Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will greet guests, handle registrations, and communicate service offerings with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist guests with room assignments and special requests.
• Verify credit and payment information according to hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings and banquet orders.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and inviting.
