Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledgeable of immediate area, services, attractions, and events.
• Flexible schedule, able to work overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Work well under pressure with arrivals and departures in a short time.
• Familiar with hotel systems and ability to enter information accurately.

Aufgaben

• Review arrivals noting special requests and block rooms as needed.
• Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Answer all calls promptly and knowledgeably with complete information.
• Complete all items on appropriate checklists by end of shift.
• Pre-assign hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, and packages.
• Follow established key control policy.
• Ensure proper credit policies are followed.
• Submit all lost & found articles with reports.
• Be familiar with fire and emergency procedures.
• Open, secure, and balance daily shift bank and transactions.
• Verify credit limit reports.
• Monitor room availability and yield status daily.
• Attend department meetings monthly.
• Communicate via telephone or radio with other departments.
