Job summary

Lodgco is seeking a Front Desk team member for Home2 Suites Casey Key in Nokomis, FL. You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, provide courteous service and help with requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities include understanding hotel operations, managing reservations and loyalty programs, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, process check-ins/outs, and room assignments.
• Understand daily hotel operations, policies, procedures, and internal rules.
• Know Brand operating systems and loyalty programs.
• Familiar with rooms, locations, amenities, and services offered.
• Be aware of room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Handle payments and close-out procedures.
• Answer phones, handle mail, and take messages.
• Assist guests and resolve issues.
• Be familiar with local area attractions.
• Maintain front desk and back-office areas as needed.
• Know emergency procedures and actions to take.
