Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hotel experience, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Hospitality degree, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background screening.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and lead hotel operations in GM's absence.
• Assist GM with hotel, admin, and HR duties.
• Analyze and resolve work problems to meet goals.
• Participate in revenue decisions and drive revenue goals.
• Ensure Front Desk adheres to rate and credit policies.
• Assist with daily reports and credit review.
• Support sales in securing group and extended-stay business.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory for supplies.
• Monitor controls and audit for accuracy.
• Ensure staff training on guest service standards.
