The Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a Front Desk Agent (part-time) to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a seamless stay. You will use our computer system to manage reservations and room assignments, while handling guest requests with courtesy and urgency.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, prior hotel or front desk experience, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication are required.
• Previous hotel/receptionist/customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check guests in and out.
• Input and retrieve information in the computer system; assign rooms based on guest needs.
• Handle guest requests, issues, and feedback with tact and diplomacy.
