The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is seeking an Evening Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, assist with reservations, and handle check-in/out with accuracy and courtesy.

In this role you’ll use our property management system, handle payments, and strive to resolve guest issues promptly while promoting an exceptional, personalized experience through strong communication and attentiveness.
