Holiday Inn Express New York City-Wall Street is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and service guests in a courteous manner, following brand and sustainability standards. You will perform check-ins, balance accounts and respond promptly to guest needs to ensure a superior stay.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior customer service experience; familiarity with PMS systems is a plus. The role includes standing for long periods and a varied shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Establish payment methods and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in the hotel safe.
• Assist in the breakfast area or assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
