Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests warmly and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest service to elevate the stay experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues to create memorable experiences.
• Promote and explain hotel programs and services to guests.
• Maintain accuracy in posting, charges, and cash handling; communicate with manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
