Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and verify information accurately.
• Answer questions about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve issues to WOW guests and recover service when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and packages.
• Coordinate with other departments to share needed information.
• Follow cash handling, posting, and refunds procedures.
