Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill to lead restaurant, bar, and banquet operations in a 304-room property. You will drive guest experience, cost control, and staff development within a lifestyle brand transformation.

You will partner with culinary and hotel leadership, own scheduling and training, and uphold sanitation and safety standards, while delivering exceptional service that elevates the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive F&B management experience in full-service hotel or high-volume setting.
• Supervising back of house, stewarding, and sanitation programs alongside front of house.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and retain hourly teams across shifts.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, cost control, labor, and inventory.
• Knowledge of MA food code, health regulations, HACCP, OSHA.
• ServSafe and TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room dining.
• Lead banquet and event service across eight spaces, from board dinners to galas.
• Ensure sanitation and compliance with MA food code and OSHA.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain hospitality team members.
• Balance labor, schedule, and training to meet business needs.
