Job summary

The Perry Hotel in Key West is a 100-room boutique property offering guest-focused service and a nautical-inspired experience. The Front Desk role involves greeting guests, checking them in and out via the PMS, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

Strong communication in English, basic math, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential. Prior front desk experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Front Desk experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests courteously, and can check guests in and out of the PMS.
• Possesses knowledge of all hotel and marina services as well as hours of operation.
• Maintains and controls room inventory and availability, and coordinates with Housekeeping.
• Monitors the arrival emails and responds to guest requests.
• Completes checkout procedures for guests.
