The Perry Hotel in Key West, FL, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and during check-in/check-out procedures. You will assist guests with reservations, provide information on hotel amenities, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness while maintaining security and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests courteously and checks them in and out of the PMS.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel and marina services and hours of operation.
• Knowledge of reservation and billing systems.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping to manage room inventory.
• Monitors and responds to guest requests and emergencies.
• Performs shift audits and balances daily work to computers.
• Maintains secure guest keys and cash drawer; processes checkout.
