Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/check-outs and adapt for changes.
• Secure payment, verify and adjust billing as needed.
• Answer phones, maintain cash drawers, and operate office equipment.
• Use computer system to make reservations and process payments.
• Provide excellent service by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
• Post and balance room charges to guest accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate emergencies or theft to security.
