Job summary

Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV is seeking a friendly cashier/guest services team member to deliver responsive service at the front of house. You will handle payments, assist guests, and help maintain clean, efficient dining service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and input guest charges into the POS.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Able to follow directions and work with management and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide responsive, professional service.
• Process payments via cash, credit, room charges, or billing.
• Balance cash drawer and complete cashier paperwork.
• Prepare and deliver guest checks and receipts.
• Maintain clean workstations and adhere to Servsafe and GSR guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation and service flow.
