Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer inquiries about restaurants, transportation, and local activities.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions.
• Operate Front Desk systems and complete shift checklists.
