Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member to help guests in our store with a focus on friendly service and efficient operations.

You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with inquiries, and participate in a flexible shift schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to ensure you deliver excellent guest experiences while supporting daily store tasks.

Qualifications

• Interacting with guests to build a welcoming experience.
• Able to adapt to a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a positive store experience.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and provide information on products and services.
• Operate cash register and handle basic transactions when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while supporting store operations.
