Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests, foster a positive shopping experience, and support multiple store services. You will engage with guests, resolve questions, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming store environment.

This role requires adaptability to a busy retail setting, excellent communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Thrive in a fast-moving, active and physically demanding role with teamwork, flexibility and problem solving.
• Open to a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service standards and greet guests.
• Assist guests to solve their needs and answer questions.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services to help guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with store duties.
• Support Order Pickup, Drive Up and other guest services as needed.
