Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guests in our stores with a friendly, efficient service experience. You will create a welcoming environment, assist with product questions, and help guests with loyalty programs and store services.

This role offers flexible shifts and requires dependable attendance and active engagement with the scheduling app. As an On‑Demand TM, you can pick up shifts via the myTime app, with expectations to respond to scheduling needs and

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver helpful service to create a welcoming store experience.
• Assist guests with questions and product locations to resolve needs.
• Operate handheld scanners and basic store tech to process transactions and assist guests.
• Maintain clean work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with enrollment where applicable.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests with accuracy and efficiency.
