Job summary

Target seeks an On-Demand Team Member to provide friendly guest service, assist customers, and maintain a clean, efficient store environment. You will engage with guests, explain loyalty programs, and help with product questions while supporting store operations.

Positions offer flexible shifts with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and reliable attendance. Training will be provided to ensure you are prepared for daily tasks and store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible, ever-changing schedule.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and lifting up to 10–44 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

Responsibilities
