Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will be tech-savvy, outgoing, and dedicated to creating FUN memories for Guests by knowing our games and entertainment options, making recommendations, and guiding guests through prizes.

You will monitor events, safety protocols, and assist with point redemptions, while keeping games clean and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to keep games and equipment stocked, clean, and safe
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption
• Perform minor repairs and report wear or damage to games/equipment
• Collaborate with Technical Team to report issues
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and engage guests, representing the FUN brand
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties
