Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience while delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find items, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping journey.

You will promote Target Loyalty programs and App features, assist with returns and exchanges, and work with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Training will cover policies, safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests using positive language.
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services.
• Capable of operating multiple devices and scanners.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and app features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
