Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, resolve questions, and help with in-store and digital services. You will assist with promotions, loyalty enrollment, and using the Target App at checkout while maintaining store cleanliness and a positive guest experience.

Greet guests, support order pick up and drive-up, and ensure quick, friendly service throughout shifts. Flexible hours and a collaborative team environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Interest in helping guests and creating a welcoming experience.
• Adaptability to fast-paced store environments.
• Ability to explain promotions and loyalty programs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet at 10ft and 4ft, smile, eye contact, and initiate friendly interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while maintaining standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist peers as needed.
• Promote current promos and guide guests in using the Target App and Wallet.
• Know loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up when needed.
