The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a service-first mindset in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Maintain a welcoming attitude and assist guests with needs.
• Explain and promote store offerings, apps, and loyalty programs.
• Follow safety policies and handle merchandise with care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to provide a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and answer questions.
• Inform guests about current promos, in-store events and features.
• Be knowledgeable about products and services to resolve guest issues.
• Assist guests with Target Loyalty sign-up and app features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following food safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns and follow store policies with leadership support.
• Keep a clean work area and restock supplies as needed.
