Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and explain promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store products and services to help guests.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Help guests use Target App features like Wallet.
• Guide guests to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns and coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and stock supplies as needed.
