Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming shopping experience and assist guests across multiple services. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and explain how to use Target apps and loyalty programs. The role involves scanning, bagging, and supporting drive-up and order pickup with a focus on accuracy and safety.

This position offers flexible hours, teamwork with store colleagues, and ongoing training to build retail skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
Greet guests and assist with finding items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Explain and promote Target apps, wallets, and loyalty programs to guests as needed.
Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while following company policies.
