Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and assist customers in-store. You will create a positive guest experience, help shoppers find products, and handle transactions with courtesy.

This role offers a flexible, self-scheduled shift model via the myTime app and requires attending a Welcome orientation and training modules. As an On-Demand TM, your schedule will vary and you must respond to store needs, with a minimum engagement of one shift every five months
