Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and help customers with purchases in a fast-paced store environment. You will create an inviting shopping experience, assist guests with locating items, and participate in order pickup and drive-up services.

The role offers flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. As an On-Demand TM, you will pick shifts via the myTime app and maintain reliability and prompt attendance, with a minimum engagement

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Interest in helping guests and coworkers.
