Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities.
• Know products and services to resolve guest issues and improve experience.
• Thank guests and promote Target Loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely, following safety standards.
• Explain and help use Target App features like Wallet and Order Pick-Up/Drive Up.
• Support returns and guide guests to enroll in programs as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and restock as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
• Assist with Drive-Up, Pickup, and related duties.
