Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience and assist guests with shopping, returns, and digital services. You will greet guests, educate them on Target’s offerings, and help enroll in loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will work with team members to ensure fast, accurate service, handle transactions, and communicate promotions and store events.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 44 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by welcoming and assisting shoppers.
• Help guests locate products, resolve issues, and process returns/exchanges per policy.
• Promote benefits, services, and app features to drive loyalty and engagement.
