Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide an inviting, helpful guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, guide them to products, and assist with transactions while promoting Target services and loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced setting, work well with teammates, and adapt to busy shifts including nights and weekends. Training will cover store protocols and guest engagement tools.

• Willingness to learn and use Target App features.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Resolve guest questions and issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and enroll guests in benefits and loyalty programs; assist with returns/exchanges.
• Scan and bag items efficiently; operate handheld scanners and Target App features.
• Support Drive Up, Order Pick Up and other guest services while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
