This role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, and flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training will cover checkout operations, store policies, and digital services like the Target App.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.

• Explain benefits, loyalty programs and how to use the Target App to guests.
• Stock merchandise, scan items, and maintain an organized, clean checkout area.
• Support other team members and adapt to guest needs to minimize wait time.
