Job summary

Target in Ocala, FL is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests, explain app features, and support store services. You’ll assist with Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and loyalty enrollment while keeping the store welcoming and well-organized.

You will participate in a fast-paced team environment, delivering exceptional guest service and learning about benefits and digital tools. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Explain Target App features and Drive Up/Order Pick Up options.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and assist with stocking.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Operate registers, process transactions, and support cash handling.
• Move merchandise safely and efficiently when needed.
