Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to assist guests at the register, help with Drive Up and Order Pick Up, and promote Target Loyalty benefits. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and maintain a clean, efficient checkout area while delivering a welcoming experience across in-store and digital services.

This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to busy peak times, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their specific needs.
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve their experience.
• Inform guests about Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in line with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain features of the Target App (Wallet) to guests and assist with enrollment.
• Direct guests to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering options.
