Job summary

Target is seeking a guest advocate to help guests, deliver friendly service, and support store operations. You will greet guests, resolve issues, and guide them to products, promotions, and the Target App features.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You’ll participate in training and contribute to a welcoming, safe shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and peak shopping times.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience at checkout and service areas.
• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues.
• Promote current promos and teach guests how to use Target App features.
• Assist with loyalty sign-up and store events.
• Scan and bag items accurately and maintain food safety standards.
• Support operations for Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and handle merchandise safely.
