Job summary

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Guest Services Attendant (GSA) who will be accountable for all funds and transactions during their shift, including admissions, memberships, attractions, and refunds. The role involves inspecting and operating various park attractions and adhering to OSHA safety regulations while delivering friendly service to guests.

This position requires standing and walking, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred. Computer literate. At least 1 year of practical experience with cash handling, knowledge of point-of-sale system and working in a busy office a plus. Sales and customer service background a plus. For vehicle operations- good driving skills and current driver’s license required.
