Job summary

Desert Diamond Arena is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to greet guests, scan tickets, and direct guests to seats and arena amenities. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and assist with questions while adhering to arena policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 18 years old, and 1 year of customer service experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; transportation to the facility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue.
• Reliable, punctual, and regular attendance with good communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facilities for scheduled shifts.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to take direction well and work well with others.
• Must be able to operate radio devices.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scan tickets and ensure guests have proper tickets/credentials.
• Provide guests with friendly and accurate directions.
• Check tickets for access to sections and assist guests to their seats.
• Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.
• Keep aisles, stairs and concourse clear of safety hazards.
• Respond to guest questions, information requests and comments.
