Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, recreation, events, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily recreational, wellness, cultural, and leisure activities for guests.
• Develop engaging activity programs aligned with guest interests and resort offerings.
• Promote participation through guest engagement and cross-department collaboration.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely, professionally, and with guest focus.
• Monitor guest participation and satisfaction; suggest program improvements.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, and venue setup for activities and events.
• Maintain records of attendance, schedules, inventory, and reports.
