Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months maintenance experience in campground or RV resort preferred.
• General knowledge of maintenance techniques and repair work.
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures.
• Proficient with hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.
• On-call availability to respond to resort needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain resort facilities and grounds.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed.
• Inspect irrigation, playgrounds, pools, and other amenities for proper operation and safety.
• Keep resort streets and public areas clean and safe, including trash removal.
• Assist with site setups and ensure resort is presentable per curb appeal standards.
• Support supervision of service contractors and report issues to management.
