Summary

The Experiential Program Coordinator/Facilitator works with the Activities Management team to create and lead engaging guest experiences that showcase the Ranch’s garden, bounty, seasonal offerings, and artisan craftsmanship with a culinary focus. This role serves as a storyteller, educator, and host, helping guests connect with the people, traditions, and bounty that make the Ranch unique.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive programs, tours, tastings, workshops, and seasonal experiences.
• Share stories that bring the Ranch’s history, agriculture, culinary traditions, and local products to life.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable, personalized experiences.
• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of activities and events.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Experience leading tours, classes, workshops, or experiential programs preferred.
• This person must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Wage range of $20 to $22 per hour
