Job summary

Carmel Valley Ranch is seeking an Experiential Program Coordinator/Facilitator to collaborate with the Activities Management team in designing and leading engaging guest experiences. You will showcase the Ranch's garden, bounty, seasonal offerings, and artisan crafts with a culinary focus, acting as storyteller, educator, and host to connect guests with local traditions.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, storytelling, food culture, agriculture, and guest engagement.
• Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Experience leading tours, classes, workshops, or experiential programs preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Summary
