Job summary

Highgate Hotels, in partnership with E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, seeks a Guest Services Agent to deliver a warm, confident, and efficient first and last impression for every guest in a luxury setting.

You will assist with check-ins and checkouts, share information on amenities, dining, and local experiences, and support revenue and occupancy goals through attentive, service-driven interactions throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong computer skills to learn hotel systems quickly.
• Flexible to work varying schedules, including long hours as needed.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication are essential.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Front Desk with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on amenities, hours, and services while anticipating guest needs.
• Operate Front Desk systems and PBX/communication equipment with accuracy.
• Assist guests with check-ins and checkouts efficiently and accurately.
• Handle inquiries about dining, transportation, and local experiences.
• Log and route guest packages, mail, and messages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of room rates and promotions to assist reservations.
