Highgate Hotels, LP seeks a Security Officer for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. The role ensures a safe, secure environment for guests, residents, and staff. You will patrol, monitor cameras, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering service-focused communication.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, documenting events, and maintaining confidentiality. A strong service mindset and reliability are essential for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Prior hotel, security, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and respond quickly during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a professional security presence throughout the property.
• Conduct regular property patrols and monitor security systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, provide First Aid/CPR when required.
• Assist guests with room access and escorts while ensuring safety and discretion.
• Investigate incidents and complete detailed incident reports.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and external agencies as needed.
