Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel brands is preferred.
• Ability to perform medium work and lift up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods.
• Flexible scheduling including long hours and cross-training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional, attentive demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Maintains cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Delivers clean supplies and linen to designated areas; assists others as needed.
• Reports maintenance concerns promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Follows safety protocols and uses equipment and PPE appropriately.
• Keeps public areas free of clutter and maintains orderly storage and closets.
