Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Public Area Attendant to uphold the pristine condition of the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences public spaces. You will maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and business centers, and pool areas to luxury standards while supporting housekeeping needs as required.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior hotel experience, and the physical ability to stand, lift, and move for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas to Highgate standards.
• Communicate clearly with team using two-way radio etiquette.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
• Assist Room Attendants as needed to support operations.
• Keep storage areas and hallways organized and safe.
