Job summary

Ferman Management Services is seeking a proactive BDC Coordinator to manage guest communications for our dealership's sales and service teams. You will respond to leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with guests to drive engagement and opportunities.

The role emphasizes accurate CRM data, timely responses, and collaboration with sales and service to optimize conversions and customer experience. High school diploma required; dealership or call center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in guest service, call center, sales, or dealership is preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online leads.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales and service leads.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the dealership CRM system.
• Track and manage lead activity, follow-up status, and appointment outcomes.
• Provide product and service information to guests as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth guest handoffs.
• Follow up with unsold showroom guests and missed service appointments.
